Insurance
I am now accepting Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Colorado, United Behavioral Health, and Cigna. This list may expand as I continue to work with Headway. Otherwise, I am considered an out-of-network provider and I will provide you the necessary paperwork to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to determine your out-of-network coverage as this is not always covered by insurance.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
Payment
I accept cash, check or Venmo prior to, or at the time, of service.
